Our Story
The Forgotten Flour started at home during the pandemic, when Jill began baking for her mom and sister — both gluten-intolerant — who missed the treats everyone else took for granted. What began as a labor of love grew, batch by batch, into a dedicated gluten-free bakeshop on Liberty Avenue.
Today, everything is made in a 100% gluten-free kitchen — no wheat ever crosses the threshold. No shared ovens, no shared flour, no guesswork. Just carefully made, genuinely delicious baked goods that happen to be safe for the gluten-free community.

Our kitchen is 100% gluten-free. However, we do work with ingredients such as dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy in the same space, so we cannot guarantee a product is completely free of those allergens. If you have a severe allergy, please reach out before ordering — we'd genuinely rather talk it through than take a risk with your health.

Is it really safe for celiac disease?
Yes — our kitchen is 100% dedicated gluten-free. Wheat never enters the space, so there's no shared-equipment cross-contact. If you have additional severe allergies, message us first and we'll talk it through.
How do I order, and how far ahead?
Pre-order through Instagram, Facebook, or our Linktree. We recommend a few days' notice — popular items and weekend slots fill up. Custom cakes need more lead time.
